This month's National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Power Broker Roundtable discusses family teaming and succession planning. Christina Pappas: I consider myself one of the lucky ones. I grew up in the real estate business, the third generation following my grandfather, who gained control of the company from Ken Keyes who founded our organization in 1926, and my father, who ultimately purchased the company in the '90s with his brother.
